What we changed and why
A classic medical site is a directory with a phone number. We move everything that does not require a call into the patient account: booking, rescheduling, results, reports.

A specific doctor’s free slots are visible on the site. Rescheduling and cancellation live in the same place.

Lab results arrive in the account with an explanation of what each out-of-range value means.

Patients rarely know they need a gastroenterologist. The catalogue is entered through a complaint, not a speciality name.
