A small team that finishes what it starts

STEPS LAB is a small studio in Zhytomyr. We take on few projects at a time, because we believe the people who planned a site should be the ones building it — from the first conversation through launch and the months after. You will not have to explain the task again to a new account manager.

We use AI every day — it makes the routine parts faster. But the decisions about what to build, and what not to build at all, are made by an experienced person. That is why we do not sell "AI development" as a separate service: what matters to you is the result, not the tools behind it.

• We say when it is not worth building

  If a ready-made service at $20 a month solves your problem, we will say so — even when that means we do not get the project.

• We cut the scope before starting

  The cheapest feature is the one nobody built. Before we start we go through the list with you and remove everything you can launch without now and add later.

• Everyone can use the site

  Enough text contrast, keyboard access, clear labels. This is not charity — it is also the customers your competitors lose.

• You are not locked in

  The site, every credential and a written guide are handed over in full. If you ever move to another team, nothing has to be rebuilt.
